Podium Presentations: Podium presentations will be scheduled for 20-minute time slots: 15 minutes for presentation followed by 5-minutes for questions. Moderators will strictly enforce the time limit. Podium presentations will be limited to PowerPoint format.
Poster Presentations: To stimulate scientific conversations between authors and attendees, meeting organizers highly encourage submission of poster presentations. An interactive poster session is planned for the evening of Wednesday, 25 February. Posters will be displayed on 48” x 48” boards.
Student Awards: Student may elect to have their presentations judged to recognize both the Best Student Podium presentation and the Best Student Poster presentation
Submit abstracts based on completed and/or results from ongoing fisheries and aquatic ecology research/management projects as a Microsoft Word document directly to Joe Conroy, Ohio Division of Wildlife ([email protected]).
Abstract Submission Guidelines: All abstracts should include: (1) a statement of objectives, (2) a brief description of methods, (3) principal results, and (4) conclusions and/or management recommendations. Each submitted abstract should have a short, but descriptive, title and should list author names and affiliations (street addresses are not required). The presenting author should be identified and their contact information should be provided. Students that seek to compete in the Best Student Podium or Poster competition should indicate this with their submission.
