Chuck Cooper (2001) – Award of Recognition
The Pennsylvania chapter recognized Chuck’s long record of service and dedication to the chapter.  Chuck became a chapter member in the early 70’s and served as Newsletter Editor from 1983 to 1987.  Chuck is retiring from the PFBC and moving to Tennessee, but still plans to remain active in AFS through the Tennessee chapter
